Is the Sound Out Concert open to schools outside of London? 

Yes, we welcome any school to join us for the concert. 

How will we receive tickets? 

You will receive an e-ticket and further information about the concert, including some fun activities to prepare your class for the concert by Friday 14 March 2025. 

Can I change the number of tickets after submitting the booking form? 

Please submit the number of tickets you require as accurately as possible when submitting the booking form. In some cases, we will be able to change the number of tickets you have booked but cannot guarantee that any additional tickets will be in the same block of seats as your original booking.

What if I need to cancel?

Can we eat lunch at the Southbank Centre?  

There are public spaces at the Southbank Centre where you can eat lunch. We are not able to book specific spaces for schools. 

How do you get to the Royal Festival Hall?

When should we arrive?  

You should plan to arrive 30 minutes before the concert starts. Doors will open 30 minutes before, and it can take some time to get settled in the hall. We cannot delay the start of the concert for latecomers but will try to admit you as soon as possible.

Terms and Conditions

  • Tickets are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Once capacity has been reached a waiting list will be implemented. 
  • Submission of the booking form confirms your booking of tickets.
  • Within 30 days of booking through this form, you will be sent an invoice; this must be paid within 30 days of receipt, or your tickets may be offered to another school. 
  • The photo permission form must be completed by 28 February 2025: https://forms.office.com/e/DNVsMvkbmr 
  • Cancellations before 31 December 2024 will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations up until 28 February 2025 will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations after 28 February 2025 will not receive a refund.
  • Cancellations where payment has not yet been made will still be liable for payment. 
  • Please note that physical tickets will not be issued; you will receive an e-ticket and further information about the concert by Friday 14 March.
