Founded by Franz Liszt and the home of a valuable collection of manuscripts donated by the famous composer, the London Sinfonietta brings a 21st century programme to the historic Liszt Academy of Budapest. From Nyman's Interlude In C, which was inspired by Terry Riley's iconic work, to Steve Reich’s reimagining of the works of Radiohead in Radio Re-Write and Tansy Davies’ collage of modernist funk, Neon. The programme also includes works by Grawemeyer Award winning Simon Bainbridge and young British composer and sound artist Edmund Finnis.
