Royal College of Music Junior Department Showcase

Nine new works for tenor and small ensemble, written by young composers aged 11-18, in a live showcase from the Royal College of Music. Inspired by Luke Bedford's London Sinfonietta commission In the Voices of the Living, the young composers have collected and created their own texts before setting them to music. This live-stream is the culmination of a project which took place this Spring, in which the young people were mentored by Luke and received advice from London Sinfonietta musicians on writing for each of their instruments.
