London Sinfonietta are members of Black Lives in Music, working to address the inequalities of opportunity that exist for black musicians within the classical music industry. We are also working with Tonic Theatre, who have delivered training and consultancy within the organisation to achieve greater equality, diversity and inclusivity.
London Sinfonietta are signed up to PRS Foundation’s Key Change campaign which works towards a gender balanced music industry, and are signatories to Sound and Music's Fair Access Principals.
By working collaboratively, evolving partnerships and opening up more conversations with those with lived experience, we will learn, understand and be accountable for our actions. We will also support other organisations and partners to achieve their equity and inclusivity aims
