Run Time Error is a concept for a site-specific audio/visual performance and/or installation by the Danish composer Simon Steen-Anderson.
Filmed at our concert of Simon Steen-Anderson's works on 12 March 2014 at Queen Elizabeth Hall, Southbank Centre.
It follows three main rules:
- Only objects and instruments found at the location can be used for the composition.
- Each object or instrument can only be used once.
- Each sound/action must have an immediate point of association with its neighbouring sounds/actions.
Part of our Digital Works series which presents new music pieces created for digital playback. New works of experimental composition, innovative recording techniques and cutting edge technologies utilising the devices of today.
