On Thursday 10 June, London Sinfonietta supporters gathered online for a very special evening of live performances, conversations and films – all to entertain you, and at the same time raise important funds for the future work of this special new music ensemble. Presenting such an event online was a first for the ensemble, but it was extremely well received.

We are thrilled to announce that, thanks to your incredible generosity in bidding and donating, the evening raised a fantastic £14,000 for the London Sinfonietta. Every single penny donated will go towards supporting our next year of work in schools, in developing young talent, and in commissioning and performing the best new music of today. We cannot thank you enough, and we hope so much that you enjoyed your evening with us.
Presented by Jumoké Fashola, the evening included testimonials from famous faces including Steve Reich, Mark Padmore and Tansy Davies, and live performances of music including:
