A look back at our Open House evening

Composer Lucy Armstrong, our ‘resident composer’ for the evening, gave an inspiring talk about the creative process, inviting guests to compose their own musical bar. Our guests musical contributions were then woven together to create an entirely new piece which was showcased by our fantastic players.

Throughout the night, guests explored historic photo displays, took part in a musical treasure hunt, and supported our silent auction and raffle of Hand Written postcards — all in aid of sustaining our vital music projects and education programmes.

Thanks to everyone’s enthusiasm and generosity, we raised an incredible £20,000, with more to come — funding that will directly support our performances, education programmes and artist development work in the year ahead.
