SOUND OUT 2020

Primary Schools Concert

Royal Festival Hall, London

Book

Join the London Sinfonietta in a concert for Key Stage Two primary school students as we explore iconic contemporary classical music, and inspire a new generation of composers to get creative. Featuring key excerpts of music, students will be guided through the building blocks of composition in this participatory concert. There will also be the chance to hear the premiere of a new piece, written and performed by young musicians from the ensemble’s collaborations with schools and music services, and arranged by Trish Clowes.

Suitable for Key Stage 2. Concert lasts for approximately one hour.

There will be a free teacher CPD session run by the presenter, Patrick Bailey, on 14 January 2020 from 4.15-5.45pm at The Warehouse, Waterloo, SE1 8ST.
