We are seeking two outstanding individuals for the following posts.

Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to work at the heart of a busy organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain wide ranging experience across the organisation, based in the central administration department. The role is crucial for ensuring the smooth running of the office, assisting the Head of Administration & Finance in all aspects of office management, as well as playing an important role in supporting the Chief Executive. The post-holder will also be expected to work closely with other departments, assisting with specific aspects of their work.

A perfect first role for someone looking to develop a career in orchestral or arts administration, the position would suit someone who is keen to develop new skills and build their experience within a supportive team. Excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to be proactive as well as to prioritise and multi-task are essential for this role.

Participation & Learning Assistant

We are searching for an enthusiastic and hard working individual to support the activities of its ground-breaking Participation & Learning Department.

The post offers an exciting opportunity to gain wide-ranging and hands-on experience of assisting with the planning, administration and delivery of projects, schemes and programmes, with the opportunity to attend at workshops and other events to help ensure their smooth running. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise. A passion for music and the willingness to share this with participants is also essential.

The role is a perfect first step on the ladder towards a career in music/arts education, creative learning and participation, working with many different stakeholder groups on a varied range of projects. There is room to grow in the role and the organisation will encourage and support the post-holder’s professional development.
